Return Period

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

Return Process

1. Email us at creativeprintingsolutionsltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack your item securely and send it back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
