Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom & Made-to-Measure Products

As our products are made to order, custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items

Return Process
